At Aroma360, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury scenting solutions. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused scent diffusers and unopened fragrance oils.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all fragrance oils are tightly sealed and diffusers are securely cushioned to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or your preferred insured carrier label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
